I have been mediocre, to say the least, when it comes to my attitude towards my health and my fitness. I have had no limits to what, how much and when I eat; I have had no plan to how, how much and when I train.
End result? I feel like shit and look like shit. My friend has explained to me that I am in what he calls a Doom Loop.
Time to break the habit .... Since I did not wake up this morning and still feel like shit, I have made the decision to put on my bike gear and head out the door....right now!!!
